Hello, everyone. I’m Ted from Top Inventions. Today, we will meet some teen inventors at the Invention Fair and hear about their work.

Hi, Thomas. Can you tell me about your invention?

I invented the Wind Power. It’s a phone charger and it uses wind to make power.

That sounds interesting. Can you tell us more about it?

Sure. I love riding a bike. I have ridden bikes for about 10 years. My phone often ran out of battery during long rides, so I made this charger with a small fan. When you ride a bike with this small fan, the wind turns the fan and makes power. Your phone is charged by this power.

Wow, that’s a great idea. I’d like to get this phone charger for my bike.

Let’s meet another inventor. Hi, Kelly. What is your invention?

I made the Sitbag. It is a bag, but it can also turn into a chair. My grandmother fell and hurt her leg last year. Since then, she has had trouble walking. So, she often needs to rest, but there are not many benches on the streets. The Sitbag is designed for elderly people like her.

That’s so thoughtful, Kelly. It will be really helpful for the elderly.

Now, here is our final inventor. Hi, Minji, can you tell us about your invention?

In art class, we make dirty paint water and it is bad for the environment. I thought it was a big problem. One day, my mom was throwing away old water filters. At that moment, I thought I could use them in the art rooms. This is the Green Art Box. It uses old water filters to clean the dirty paint water.

That’s a great green invention.

Today, we’ve seen some creative ideas. These teenagers have focused on problems and come up with solutions. I hope their inventions will make our world better.
