We firmly believe that fostering a supportive environment
through sharing promotes friendship. It also leads to a
better result through collaboration.
While collaboration is valuable, we don’t think that
friendships should encourage this kind of sharing. It may
create a dependency on others’ work rather than working
on one’s own personal growth.
Sample • Group A: We understand the importance of being independent, but sharing is about creating a supportive community. It goes beyond individual success, benefiting the group as a whole and allowing struggling students like Emily to catch up.
• Group B: We respect the idea of a supportive community, but it should not come at the expense of individual responsibility. Students, including Emily, must develop their skills and face challenges independently for long-term personal growth.
