I am writing to express my disappointment with the article “School Cafeteria Lunches Under Fire” in the June 12th issue of your magazine.
(A) Have found misinformation and bias, I decided to write this letter to you. The article suggests
that students avoid eating school lunches because they are unhealthy. This is not completely true
because school lunches are planned and prepared by professional nutritionists. Also, the preparation
and handling of food for school lunches are closely monitored by teachers, parents, and students, so
there is not much to worry about. The words used in the article are misleading and
