I am

writing to express my disappointment with the article “Testing

Keeps Teens From Truly Learning”

in the

October 10th

issue of your magazine.

Having found misinformation and bias,

I decided to write this letter to you.

The article suggests that students are too focused on their test scores

and forget the real meaning of learning.

This is not completely true because

exams can be helpful to measure the students’ performance and progress

Also,

many students do not really enjoy tests, but good scores are

rewarding

, so there is not much to worry about.

The words used in the

article are not fair and neither does the graph tell the whole story.

As a loyal reader, I urge you to

avoid such misinformation and inappropriate

visuals in the future
