having sent는 과거(found)가 나타내는 일보다 이전에 일어난 일을 나타내기 위해 「having+과거분사」로 쓰였다. 즉, 찾은 것(found)보다 보낸 것(having sent)이 먼저 일어난 일임을 나타낸다. who was eager to work with me는 one을 수식하는 관계절이다.
